I didn’t grow up with safety nets, soft landings, or a roadmap. I grew up in chaos, foster care, and a world that expected me to shrink. I was the girl who was “too much” too loud, too ambitious, too curious, too everything.
But here’s the thing:
The world underestimates girls like me.
At 17, I emancipated from foster care with no money, no plan, and no backup. What I did have was grit, a stubborn streak a mile wide, and a belief that I was meant for more.
Fast forward...
I earned my Doctorate in Management, specialized in data-driven decision-making, taught university courses across military bases around the world, traveled to 75+ countries, and built communities of women who are rewriting the rules of their lives.
I want to build what I wish I had.
A place for women, especially those who’ve lived through fire, to rise higher than anyone expected.
A place where research meets real life.
Where education doesn’t talk down to you.
Where your story isn’t a setback, it’s strategy.
